1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website flexyluggage.com or using any of our luggage storage services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Offered

Flexy Luggage provides self-service automated locker storage for travellers in Corfu, Greece. Our services include:

• Short-term and long-term luggage storage at our Corfu Old Town location (100m from Saroko Square)
• Luggage storage at our Airport location (directly opposite Corfu International Airport - CFU)
• Oversized and special equipment storage, upon request
• Luggage transfer and delivery to/from accommodation, upon request

Services are available 24/7 via automated lockers. Staffed assistance is available during the operating hours displayed on our website and at our locations.

3. Locker Sizes & Pricing

Prices are displayed at the locker units and on our website. All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT. We reserve the right to modify pricing without prior notice; the rate applicable to you is the rate displayed at the time of your storage session.

4. Booking & Reservations

Reservations may be submitted via the booking form on our website. Submission of a booking request via WhatsApp does not constitute a confirmed reservation. A reservation is confirmed only upon acknowledgement from Flexy Luggage via WhatsApp or email. Walk-in use of our automated lockers is available without prior reservation, subject to locker availability.

5. Payment

Payment for locker use is made directly at the locker unit by:

• Credit or debit card
• Coins

For transfer and special equipment services arranged in advance, payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Flexy Luggage does not store payment card data.

6. Your Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when making a booking or using our lockers
• Not store prohibited items (see Section 7)
• Collect your luggage before the agreed storage period expires
• Pay any applicable overstay fees if collection is delayed beyond the booked period
• Treat locker equipment with care and report any damage or malfunction immediately

7. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited from storage at our facilities:

• Illegal substances, drugs, or controlled items
• Firearms, ammunition, explosives, or any weapons
• Perishable food items or items requiring refrigeration
• Hazardous, flammable, or toxic materials
• Live animals
• Items whose storage is prohibited by applicable Greek or EU law

Flexy Luggage reserves the right to refuse storage of any item at its sole discretion. Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of the storage arrangement without refund, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

8. Liability

Flexy Luggage takes reasonable measures to protect stored items, including 24/7 CCTV surveillance and secure code-lock systems. However, we are not liable for:

• Loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
• Damage to fragile items not disclosed at the time of storage
• Loss resulting from the customer's failure to properly lock the locker
• Items left beyond the maximum permitted storage duration

Our maximum liability for any claim arising from a storage incident is limited to the value of the storage fee paid for the session in question. We strongly recommend that customers maintain appropriate travel insurance for valuable items.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on flexyluggage.com, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Flexy Luggage or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written consent is prohibited.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Greek law and applicable EU consumer protection legislation. For any dispute, the courts of Corfu, Greece shall have jurisdiction. For out-of-court dispute resolution, you may access the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on our website. Continued use of our services after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
